安全(quan)(quan)閥(fa)是一種(zhong)自動閥(fa)門,他不(bu)借助任何外力而(er)利用介質本(ben)身的力來(lai)排(pai)出額定(ding)數(shu)量的流體(ti),以(yi)防止系統(tong)內壓力超過預定(ding)的安全(quan)(quan)值。當壓力恢復正常后(hou),再自行關(guan)閉并阻止介質繼續(xu)流出的一種(zhong)閥(fa),包括(kuo)直接載荷式(shi)安全(quan)(quan)閥(fa)、先導式(shi)安全(quan)(quan) 。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)吉(ji)(ji)烏國(guo)(guo)際鐵(tie)路(lu)建設的(de)意義中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)吉(ji)(ji)烏國(guo)(guo)際鐵(tie)路(lu),起自(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)新疆喀(ka)(ka)什,途(tu)經(jing)吉(ji)(ji)爾吉(ji)(ji)斯(si)斯(si)坦的(de)卡(ka)拉蘇與(yu)即有鐵(tie)路(lu)接軌,終點為原蘇聯土西鐵(tie)路(lu)烏茲(zi)別克斯(si)坦的(de)安集延(yan)站(zhan)(見圖1).線路(lu)全長466公里,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)境內需(xu)新建自(zi)喀(ka)(ka)什 。
